ANTIOCH, California (CNN) -- Customers of the printing society knew her as "Allissa."
Jaycee Dugard was kidnapped at 11 and kept hidden for the purpose 18 years in a backyard parasynthesis, authorities say.
They spoke to her about realistic contrive, issue cards and fliers, and identify her as dab hand, respectful and responsive.
"She was always virtuous at getting us what we wanted," said Ben Daughdrill, who acclimatized to own a junk hauling business. "You got the idea she was doing all the work."
But "Allissa," authorities report, was in the end Jaycee Dugard, kidnapped 18 years ago from her haven in South Lake Tahoe, California.
Her personality was discovered earlier this week and her claimed kidnappers -- 58-year-old Phillip Garrido, a registered sex offender, and his 55-year-old helpmate Nancy -- were arrested.
They camouflage 29 felony charges, including sack and kidnapping, and both have pleaded not guilty.
